Commerce is concerned with buying and selling of goods and services which are produced in the industry.commerce is an organized system for the exchange of commodities and distributiion of finished products.the main objectives of commerce is to ensure smooth distribution of goods and services to satisfy the wants of consumers.hence, it is concerned with the supply of goods and services to consumers.commerce helps to remove the hindrance of exchange,hindrance of place,hindrance of time and hindrance of information.
In addition the commerce is supported by two facors.they are:
1.trade:trade refers to the sale,transfer and exchange of goods.trade may be broadly classified into two types:
a.home trade:this trade take place within the native country.
b.foreign trade:this trade take place in the international market.
2.aids to trade:this is the supporting factors to conduct the trade.this helps to make the trading system more easier and effective as well as faster and cheap.some of the factors of aids to trade are:
a.transport

c.banking and finance
d.insurance
e.warehousing
f.advertising and publicity
