1.apply for regestration:the person wishing to register private firm should apply with following particulars:
a.name of private firm
b.address of the firm
c.objectives of the firm
d.name and address of the owner
e.other particulars as prescribed by the concerned department(nepal government)
then,the fee should be deposited in nepal rastra bank and thenfinally if the document are correct then certificate of registration will be received.
After regestration the firm should be renewed every year.the owner should file an application for the renewal of the sole trading concern.the fee should be deposited at nepal rastra bank.
